We contributed to the successful launch of Coffee Lab's second UK franchise in Cheshire, overseeing comprehensive marketing activity and brand execution to introduce and localise the franchise in a new market. The business achieved breakeven within the initial 6 months of operation.

Overview

Focused efforts on strategic management of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok through targeted content creation and promotion. These initiatives helped build a loyal customer base and a thriving community around the brand.

As part of the community engagement strategy, we supported two charity events raising a total of £870 for Hope for Ukraine and Claire House Children's Hospice, strengthening brand trust and local goodwill.

Successful charity campaign

We led the 2023 Ben Nevis Charity Hike campaign in support of Halton Haven Hospice, executing a full marketing push to rally workers, customers, and community members around the cause.

The campaign raised £1.8K, supported by a video trailer using media captured during the hike to drive engagement and awareness.
